This agreement governs the rental of cricket equipment from Cricket Kit Rental Hub. All renters must agree to these terms.
The equipment rented is as specified in your booking confirmation. All rented items are listed in the booking confirmation communicated to you at the time of order confirmation. You are responsible for verifying the list of items upon receipt and reporting any discrepancy within 2 hours of delivery.
The rental period begins on the date of delivery and ends on the agreed return date as confirmed during the booking call. Equipment must be returned on or before the agreed return date. Late returns will attract an additional charge of ₹500 per item per day unless an extension has been agreed in advance in writing.

You must inspect all equipment upon delivery. Any pre-existing damage, defect, or missing item must be reported to us within 2 hours of receipt by calling +91 7555162512 or emailing support@rentalcricketkithub.com. Items not reported as damaged within this timeframe will be considered to have been received in good condition, and you will be held responsible for any damage found upon return.
You are financially responsible for:
Damage costs are assessed as the cost of repair or replacement at market rates at the time of the incident. The security deposit of ₹5,000 will be applied against these costs first. Any remaining balance is due within 7 days of being invoiced.
All equipment must be returned in a clean condition, free of excessive dirt or mud. Equipment should be returned in the same bag or packaging in which it was received. If collection has been arranged, you must ensure that a responsible adult is available at the return address on the agreed date. Equipment returned in unsatisfactory condition will be assessed and cleaning fees may apply.
A refundable deposit of ₹5,000 is held by Cricket Kit Rental Hub as security against damage, loss or late return. The deposit will be returned to you within 7 working days of return and inspection, subject to the equipment being in acceptable condition. You agree to provide a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, or Passport) before or at the time of delivery. Equipment will not be released without identity verification. Your ID details are used solely for identity verification and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge that cricket is a physical sport and use of cricket equipment carries inherent risks of injury. Cricket Kit Rental Hub is not liable for:
You use all rented equipment entirely at your own risk.
Cricket Kit Rental Hub reserves the right to terminate this agreement and demand return of equipment immediately if:
This Rental Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
This agreement takes effect from the date of delivery of equipment and remains in force until all equipment has been returned and any outstanding dues have been settled.
