Yes, the ₹5,000 security deposit is fully refundable. It will be returned after the equipment is received back in good condition with no damage or missing items.
You need to provide a valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Driving Licence, or Passport) for identity verification before we process your booking.
Yes, we deliver across Delhi NCR. A delivery charge of ₹1,000 applies per delivery. Please mention your full address in the booking form.
Minor wear and tear is acceptable. In case of significant damage, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit. Severe damage beyond deposit value will be charged separately.
Yes, you can rent individual items like a bat, pads, helmet, gloves, etc. at separate prices as listed on our Pricing page.
Cricket balls are sold, not rented, as they are consumables. Priced at ₹800 per innings.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Contact us via email or phone. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
We offer a Monthly Practice Kit at ₹3,500/month and an Academy Plan at ₹4,000/month for regular players and academies. Subscriptions provide gear for regular use throughout the month.
After our team calls you to confirm your order within 2-3 business hours, a payment link will be sent to your registered email address. You can pay via UPI or online payment gateway.
