Step 1: Choose Your Equipment

Browse our equipment catalogue or visit our pricing page to see all available items and packages. You can rent a full kit, individual items, a tournament package, or subscribe to a monthly plan.

Step 2: Submit Your Booking

Go to our Book Now page and fill in the booking form. You will need to provide your name, contact details, delivery address, and the items you need. Select your match date and required delivery date.

  • No payment required at this stage
  • Select items and see estimated total instantly
  • Confirm your delivery address (Delhi NCR only)
  • Agree to Terms & Conditions and Rental Agreement

Step 3: Confirmation Call & Payment

After you submit the booking form, our team will call you on your registered mobile number within 2–3 business hours to confirm your order details, verify your requirements and answer any questions.

  • Our team calls within 2–3 business hours
  • Order details and pricing are confirmed on the call
  • A payment link is sent to your registered email
  • Payment accepted via UPI/QR Code or online payment gateway
  • Security deposit of ₹5,000 is collected along with rental amount
  • Valid government ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Driving Licence, or Passport) required

Step 4: Delivery to Your Ground

Once payment is confirmed, we pack and deliver your equipment to your provided address across Delhi NCR. Equipment arrives clean, inspected and match-ready.

  • Delivery charge of ₹1,000 applies per delivery
  • Delivery timing confirmed during the confirmation call
  • Equipment is cleaned and inspected before dispatch
  • All items are packed securely for transport

Step 5: Play Your Match

Use the rented equipment for your match or event. Take care of all items as per the rental agreement. In case of any issues with equipment during use, contact us immediately.

Step 6: Return & Deposit Refund

After your match, return all equipment in the same condition it was received. Once we inspect and confirm everything is in order, your full security deposit of ₹5,000 is refunded.

  • Return all items as received — no damage beyond normal use
  • Equipment inspection is carried out upon return
  • Security deposit of ₹5,000 refunded after inspection
  • Refund processed via the same payment method used
  • Damage costs (if any) are deducted from the deposit before refund

💳 Payment Methods Accepted

🔄 UPI / QR Code

Pay via any UPI app using our UPI ID or by scanning our QR code sent along with the payment link.

🔥 Online Payment Gateway

Pay securely via credit card, debit card, or net banking through our online payment gateway link sent via email.

⚠ Important Notes:
  • A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all rentals.
  • The ₹5,000 security deposit is in addition to the rental amount.
  • Delivery charge of ₹1,000 is charged per delivery within Delhi NCR.
  • Cricket balls are sold at ₹800 per innings — they are not returned.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received. Equipment is not reserved without payment confirmation.
